CDB Leasing’s solely owned subsidiary is intending to sell following 1 Platform Supply Vessel

CDB Leasing's solely owned subsidiary is intending to sell 1 platform supply vessel which is constructed by Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd., with expected delivery in the first quarter of 2026. The vessel is currently under construction. Its transfer to the Buyer will be executed on a back-to-back basis under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), following its delivery from the shipyard to CDB Leasing’s solely owned subsidiary.
